Mark is in his first term serving on the Frisco Youth Theatre Management Board. His involvement was driven by his children’s experience participating in productions and camps over the years. His goal is to be part of a team that creates a powerful theater experience for each child that participates.

Mark is the Commissioner of the North American Hockey League and a member of USA Hockey’s Junior Council. The NAHL is the oldest and largest junior hockey league of its kind that places over 200 players annually into NCAA college hockey programs. In addition to being a resident of Frisco, he serves on the Board of Directors for the Frisco Convention and Visitors Bureau.

Mark, his wife Kira, daughters Charlee and Bella have been Frisco residents since 2004.

Randy Archambault

Randy has a master’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Engineering Management. He is serving his first term as Vice Chair on the Frisco Youth Theatre Management board, and is also a member of the Governing Board of North Texas Performing Arts. His first experience with theatre was when his daughter participated in a summer camp for Plano Children’s Theatre. She then participated in one of the founding shows of Frisco Youth Theatre. His goal is to help continue the phenomenal growth of Frisco Youth Theatre. Randy, his wife Rene’ and daughter Zoë have been Frisco residents since 2009.
Cindy Gay

Cindy has seen first hand the growth of this theater community. Her son was one of the original members to be in the first FYT production and he has grown leaps and bounds since then.

Cindy looks forward to being a part of the growth of this theatre. She comes with a background of working for a non-profit for approximately 20 years as a dentist and is currently teaching at Collin College part-time. She lives in Frisco with her husband, John, and her sons, Robby and Matthew. Cindy has been involved with Plano Children’s Theatre for three years and credits PCT for kindling her family’s love and passion for the performing arts.

Amy Cribbins
Amy Cribbins
Amy is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree. She has extensive Emergency Department experience, Quality Management experience and Risk Management experience from at nationally ranked Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago. She is an active member at Prince of Peace Catholic Church and school, and enjoys volunteering at Operation Kindness and Minnies’s Food Pantry. Her true passion is studying fashion and interior design. Amy resides in Frisco with her husband, three children and three toy schnauzers!
Dawn Gray
Dawn Gray
Dawn Gray was inspired to become a part of the Managing Board for Frisco Youth Theatre after her daughter, Alexandra, was in two productions. Her daughter had a wonderful experience being in the productions, and Dawn had a wonderful experience volunteering in the productions. They were both hooked! She also volunteers at her daughter’s school and with an organization called Formula One Life, which collects and distributes formula to infant orphans.

Before becoming “Mommy” full time, Dawn worked for Dillard’s for 15 years as a sales manager, as a buyer, and then as regional visual director. She and her husband are enjoying training their very rambunctious rescue dogs, and driving Alexandra around to all of her theatre and dance activities.

Michelle is excited to join the FYT Managing Board. She brings 20 years of marketing, operations and event/programming experience to the position. She is currently the Vice President of Marketing for Copart, a publicly traded, online auction company based in Dallas where she leads all Advertising, eCommerce and Communications efforts. Michelle has her MBA and BA in Communication/Journalism. Michelle and her family joined North Texas Performing Arts after their daughter concluded a summer camp and fell in love with the stage.
Jennifer Word

Jennifer Word joined the Board of Directors for Frisco Youth Theater in 2015. After her daughters’ appearing in 5 major productions with the FYT. Jennifer has a business degree, and has spent the last 5 years as a customer service supervisor and now a medical claims adjuster at SIS. Since moving to the DFW area in 2009 Jennifer and her husband have become advocates for the theater and have had the pleasure of watching their children grow and thrive in the amazing culture of the theater arts program.
Brian Thomson

Brian has been active in the local Frisco elementary school with his boys Chase 8, and Caiden 10. They have a very active sports life participating in FC Dallas Youth Soccer and Frisco Soccer Association. Brian is volunteering with the Frisco Youth Theater to balance a life of arts with their life of sports. He is interested in bringing his professional and personal experience to the local Youth Theater to support the role of performing arts in the life of Frisco youth realizing it as a great way to build confidence and creativity in the youth of Frisco. Brian is a Political Science major at the University of North Texas and earned his Certification in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is looking forward to helping Frisco Youth Theater grow and develop in their goals of developing the character of youth in Frisco

Brian and his wife Samantha have been Frisco residents since 2005.

Erika Bazan

Erika Bazan became excited about being a larger part of FYT after watching her daughter in her first production in the summer of 2015. That desire was cemented when she had the opportunity to see firsthand the mission and values of FYT at work when she was a part of The Best Christmas Pageant Ever cast. Erika has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Angelo State University. She spent time as a board member and performer in theatre and on camera in Los Angeles. Since returning to Texas in 2005 she has focused on another passion which is the wellness, she is currently part of the management team at Cooper Spa at the Cooper Aerobics Center in Dallas.

Meanwhile, she has dabbled in the arts including roles at the Water Tower Theatre. She is an active member of her church where she and her husband lead a bible based children’s theater ministry. She especially looks forward to watching her daughter grow as a performer.

Heather Hangan

Heather is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications. She has spent the last 10 years raising her children, working as a preschool teacher and volunteering for school, Scouts, swim team, church and theatre. She believes NTPA is such an amazing program, that has literally changed her son’s life, and joined the board in order to give back by using her personal skill set and desire to serve. Heather resides in Prosper, TX with her husband of 14 years, thespian son Riley, and baby girl McKinley.

Farrah has a Masters degree in Counseling from the University of North Texas. She is serving her first term on the Frisco Youth Theater’s Management Board. Her first experience in the theater was when her daughter did a production in Plano, since then both of her children are hooked! Farrah and her husband Hamilton have two amazing children Jada and Jadan. When not at the theater, Farrah is a counselor for children in the foster care system. She enjoys watching her children and all the children at the theater learn and grown as a person and a performer.
Angelia Pelham

Angelia Pelham is a native of Florida and has been in the field of Human Resources for almost 27 years. Angelia earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University (Seminoles) in Tallahassee, FL and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Rollins College. Angelia began her career in HR as a Recruiter for the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, FL. She later went on to become the Director, Human Resources for the Magic Kingdom. From Disney, she was recruited to PepsiCo and worked in various HR roles at PepsiCo corporate in HR and Organizational Development and within Frito-Lay (PepsiCo’s largest division) for almost 8 years leaving as the Vice President, Human Resources for the South Division of Frito-Lay. She has held other significant roles in her career such as VP, HR for Pizza Hut and most recently was the Vice President & Head of Human Resources for Main Event Entertainment, a bowling and arcade leader in the family entertainment space. Angelia is currently serving as the Executive Vice President, and Chief Human Resources Officer for Cinemark Holdings Inc. out of Plano, TX. She has been married for 26 years and has one daughter.
