Randy has a master’s degree from Southern Methodist University in Engineering Management. He is serving his first term as Vice Chair on the NTPA – Frisco Management board, and is also a member of the Governing Board of North Texas Performing Arts. His first experience with theatre was when his daughter participated in a summer camp for Plano Children’s Theatre. She then participated in one of the founding shows of NTPA – Frisco. His goal is to help continue the phenomenal growth of NTPA – Frisco. Randy, his wife Rene’ and daughter Zoë have been Frisco residents since 2009.

Brian has been active in the local Frisco elementary school with his boys Chase 8, and Caiden 10. They have a very active sports life participating in FC Dallas Youth Soccer and Frisco Soccer Association. Brian is volunteering with the Frisco Youth Theater to balance a life of arts with their life of sports. He is interested in bringing his professional and personal experience to the local Youth Theater to support the role of performing arts in the life of Frisco youth realizing it as a great way to build confidence and creativity in the youth of Frisco. Brian is a Political Science major at the University of North Texas and earned his Certification in Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He is looking forward to helping Frisco Youth Theater grow and develop in their goals of developing the character of youth in Frisco

Brian and his wife Samantha have been Frisco residents since 2005.

Erika Bazan became excited about being a larger part of NTPA – Frisco after watching her daughter in her first production in the summer of 2015. Erika had the opportunity to experience the NTPA mission and values firsthand when she was cast in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever.
Erika has a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre from Angelo State University. After college, she moved to Los Angeles and performed on stage and on camera. She also served on the board of Lone Star Theater Ensemble.
Since moving back to Texas in 2005, she has dabbled in the arts including roles at the Water Tower Theatre. She and her husband have lead a bible based children’s theater ministry in their free time. Erika especially looks forward to watching her daughter grow as a performer.
Jennifer Barker
Jennifer Barker
Jennifer was inspired to become more involved with NTPA Frisco after her daughter fell in love with musical theatre. Jennifer is also the co-founder of OnPoint Families and has over 15 years of experience working with diverse families in both private and educational settings. She has a M.S. in Family Science and Human Development from Texas Woman’s University. Jennifer and her husband moved to Frisco in 2005 and have been married for 21 years. They are active members of their church where they serve as leaders. Jennifer loves to watch her daughter perform and develop her talents. Jennifer considers it a blessing to serve the NTPA Frisco community.
Leila Dowdall
Leila Dowdall

Leila is originally from North Eastern Pennsylvania & has a Masters Degree of Education. Leila has always had a passion for the arts & as a teacher focused on incorporating music, theatre & visual arts into many lessons across the curriculum. In 2016 Leila’s daughter performed in her first production & immediately fell in love with NTPA . Since then, Leila has seen first hand the many benefits, including those far beyond the stage, NTPA has provided to now both of her daughters. Leila has a great appreciation for all that NTPA encompasses & is honored to be a part of continuing their mission.
When not in the audience, Leila & her husband enjoy working out at Camp Gladiator, cheering for the Steelers or the Bills & vacationing with their girls!
Leila is thrilled to be a part of the NTPA-Frisco family & looks forward to helping them grow & achieve their goals.

Bryan Fish
Bryan Fish
Bryan was inspired to serve on the NTPA – Frisco Management Board after seeing his daughter find her passion for musical theatre with NTPA – Frisco. Bryan is also a youth soccer coach with Frisco Soccer Association, and is an active volunteer in Frisco ISD. He is a native of the Dallas area, and he and his wife Karen have called Frisco home since 2014. Bryan is a technology consultant and entrepreneur, and has a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M. When he’s not at the theatre or soccer fields, Bryan occasionally pursues personal interests like mountain biking and cooking.

Maria grew up in South Dakota and moved to Texas after graduating from the University of Wyoming to start her teaching career. During her 12 years of teaching, she got married, had three children and earned her Masters Degree in Curriculum and Instruction. She lives in Frisco with her family and enjoys being able to bring quality arts experiences to the youth in our area by supporting NTPA.
Jason Kelso
Jason Kelso

Jason has been involved with NTPA Frisco since his son’s first performance in Sound of Music in 2015. His daughter followed soon after. Jason’s debut performance on the stage was being a fireman in The Best Christmas Pageant Ever. Jason has been involved in the set build process for multiple shows, building elaborate yet safe set pieces that the children may use while performing. He has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Arlington for Business Management and Engineering. Jason’s goal is to ensure set pieces are safe for children to perform on, while also being pleasing to the eye and help the characters ‘sell’ the show to the audience.

Stephanie Manning
Stephanie Manning

Stephanie is an employment attorney in the Dallas office of Ogletree Deakins. Transplants from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Stephanie, her husband Sean, and children Ben and Lizzie have been in Frisco since mid-2016. Shortly thereafter, the Mannings fell in love with NTPA during Ben’s first NTPA production, Mulan, Jr. in the fall of 2016. Ben’s sister Lizzie joined the fray as a munchkin in Wizard of Oz as soon as she was old enough. Stephanie holds an undergraduate degree in Voice Performance from Florida Southern College in Lakeland, Florida and has been a staunch advocate for the performing arts ever since. Stephanie regularly volunteers for shows and is excited about supporting and growing NTPA-Frisco on the Frisco Management Board.

Michelle Sinner
Michelle Sinner

Michelle’s daughter, Rylee, performed in her first show Jan 2017 and has not looked back since! Their entire family has fallen in love with NTPA and Michelle was so impressed she knew she had to get involved to help move the organization forward. She has volunteered on several event committees and is very passionate about developing the youth in Frisco. Michelle has worked for Expedia Group the past 10 years and has an extensive background in global Customer Operations. She is also a Realtor in her spare time (which doesn’t seem like a lot lately)! Michelle dabbled some in the arts as a teenager and was even part of a TV dance show growing up. She is extremely honored to serve on the Frisco Board and is very excited for the future of NTPA Frisco.
