Scott Bushman
Scott BushmanVice Chair
Scott Bushman has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and works as a Software Product Manager at Applied Materials with a focus on development and marketing. This is his first year with PCT and looks forward to bringing his product expertise to PCT. Scott’s 11 year old daughter has two years of classes and productions at PCT and the 8 year old daughter is starting this year.

Shirley Aguilar
Shirley is a lifelong marketing and training professional. She has been creating, implementing and presenting leadership, management and sales training to adult learners for over 30 years. She has been a happy resident of Plano for over 20 years. She has served as a member of the City of Plano’s Community Relations Commission and the Young Professionals group as well. Shirley was introduced to Plano Children’s Theatre when her daughter saw her first show there in 2014. Her involvement with North Texas Performing Arts was first as a patron, then as a parent of a student, a show volunteer and now as a board member.

Kelly Gu
Kelly Gu
Kelly is a certified Project Management Professional with 15+ years of experiences in management consulting, digital delivery, and digital marketing. She joined the PCT board in 2017 and looks forward to bringing her digital marketing expertise to North Texas Performing Arts. Kelly’s 9-year-old daughter started musical theatre in summer 2016 at her school, she loves singing and acting, and started acting with PCT in the fall of 2017.
Don Melton
Don Melton
Don currently works as a Sr. Tech Administrator (IT) for AT&T since 2005. Don got involved with NTPA in 2009 with his daughter who has since graduated out of the program and he was on the Fairview Theatre’s Management board for 5 years before transferring to the Plano Theatre’s Management board in 2017. Don is often found working tech (lights and sound) for various shows and loves what the theatre does for kids of all ages.
Wendy Mullins
Wendy Mullins
Wendy Mullins was born and raised in Plano. After she received her Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, she returned to Plano to teach. Wendy also has a Master’s degree in education and has been an elementary school teacher for PISD for over 20 years. Her daughter’s first production, Annie, in 2014 hooked both Wendy and her daughter into theatre. Wendy is also involved with her church as well as National Charity League with her daughter and Young Men’s Service League with her son.
Kimberly Pitluk
Kimberly Pitluk
Kimberly Ferrante-Pitluk is a Vice-President of Account Development at ViraInsight Manufacturing, a custom design and manufacturer or retail store fixtures and displays as well as supports Groom Lake Media, a family-owned custom publishing company. She has a Bachelor in Interior Design with an emphasis on art and architecture. Kimberly first became interested in theatre at the age of 13 after seeing Les Miserables. Never taking the stage herself, she loves set and stage design and is in awe of people that can perform. To her amazement, both of her daughters, Maddy and Lilly love the lights! After a few PCT and school performances and seeing her children’s love for the theatre she decided to get more involved and helped to build the new PCT home at The Shops at Willow Bend. Kimberly hopes to bring her motivation, passion, design and organizational skills to the theatre and help in any way she can to alleviate some of the work of the NTPA employees and allow them to do what they do best, which is engage and inspire our children!
Bill Smith
Bill Smith
Bill Smith is a Vice President with Bank of America’s – National Sales Performance team. Bill has been with Bank of America for 15 years, working in their Plano Corporate Offices. Bill’s daughter began participating in PCT programs in 2017 at age 7 and his son started his theater journey with Starcatchers in 2018 at age 11. Bill credits the core values of NTPA for drawing him to become involved with the theatre. He is excited to serve on the board and give back the PCT family.
