Dr. Scott Bushman1st Vice Chair
Scott Bushman has a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and works as a Software Product Manager at Applied Materials with a focus on development and marketing. Scott joined the NTPA – Plano board in 2014 and has 2 daughters active in the program. Scott enjoys set build and tech activities in theatre.
Corinne Maples2nd Vice Chair
Corinne Maples is the Chief Operations Officer for both UDC, and AHP, LLC. Corinne has been with the current ownership team since 2006 and has helped create multiple companies from the ground up. Corinne’s daughter began her theatre journey with NTPA-Plano in 2017 at the age of 9 and her son joined as a performance partner for Starcatchers in 2018 at the age of 12 . Corinne was involved theatre starting at the age of 9 and was thrilled to have her children get involved in such an amazing organization. She has always had a passion for the arts and it makes her heart happy to see her kids find that same joy at NTPA that she experienced as a child. She is excited to be a member of the board and help the theatre with the substantial growth it is achieving.
Kelly is a certified PMP and ScrumMaster with extensive experiences in Management Consulting, Information Technology, and Digital Marketing. She joined the NTPA – Plano board in 2017 and hopes to bring her project management skills and expertise in digital marketing to North Texas Performing Arts. Kelly played piano since age 5 and performed in public, but she has never performed on stage in musicals. Knowing her daughters’ love for musical theatre, and desire to perform on stage, she was thrilled to discover North Texas Performing Arts, and wanted to get more involved at this great youth theatre organization.
Natosha Scott has been an educator for 22 years. She began working with children at the age of 14 when she taught piano lessons at the Garland recreational center. She has always had a passion for children and the arts. As an educator of general and special education students, Natosha began working with families in the fall of 2018 to equalize education for students that have difficulties accessing the proper programming.
Jennifer Word has a business degree and is an account manager for an insurance broker. She has three beautiful young daughters 17, 10 and 7. When not working or at the theater she enjoys spending time with family.
