Fire Safety Seminar

We are excited to offer our 2nd Annual Dalmatians Fire Safety Seminar with the help of local firefighters! Fire Safety is incredibly important for children and adults of all ages. We encourage all ticket purchasers to add on a Fire Safety Seminar for just $5! A portion of each ticket will go to support the work of the Melissa Professional Firefighter Association Local 5250.

In this 30-minute presentation, Melissa Firefighters will help prepare student and families for an emergency. It’s important for kids to know what number to call when something goes wrong, what to say, what’s their address, what’s Mom and Dad’s phone number, and escape plans. Learn about in-home fire/safety protection systems, such as smoke detectors or CO (Carbon monoxide) detectors, and what to do if you are stuck in a fire in your home.

Socially distanced photos with a firefighter and an actor Dalmatian will be offered at the end of the seminar.

Fire Safety Seminar Times

Friday, October 16, 6:30pm
Saturday, October 17, 10:30am and 4:30pm
Sunday, October 18, 4:30pm

Based on the classic animated film, Disney’s 101 Dalmatians KIDS is a fur-raising adventure featuring Cruella De Vil, Disney’s most outrageous villain, and 101 of the most adorable heroes to set their paws onstage. With a high-spirited score and lovable characters, this stage adaptation is certain to charm and delight all audiences.

Pet owners, Roger and Anita, live happily in London with their Dalmatians, Pongo and Perdita, stalwart dogs devoted to raising their puppies. Everything is quiet until Anita’s former classmate, the monstrous Cruella De Vil, plots to steal the puppies for her new fur coat. The Dalmatians rally all the dogs of London for a daring rescue of the puppies from Cruella and her bumbling henchmen.

Based on the Screenplay by Bill Peet and the novel, “The Hundred and One Dalmatians” by Dodie Smith.
