As North Texas Performing Arts continues to grow and expand to fulfill its mission to develop the character of youth through performing arts education and quality entertainment, we rely upon exceptional staff managers to oversee the operations of the individual theatres that make up our family.
We are please to announce the promotion of one of our talented Resident Directors to the critical role of Program Director overseeing our fast-growing NTPA Frisco youth theatre operations.
Hannah Makepeace grew up as a competitive dancer then ballerina as a member of the pre-professional ballet company. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Ouachita Baptist University, then took the stage professionally at Walt Disney World. She joined the NTPA team over a year ago and was promoted to Resident Director last Fall, and has become a favorite of NTPA students and families producing excellent shows and learning opportunities.
We are pleased to announce that effective February 1, Hannah will be promoted to the role of Program Director for NTPA’s Frisco youth operations, reporting to NTPA’s new Vice President of Youth Theatres, Lindsey Lederer.
Hannah will work with a dedicated and impactful Frisco Theatre Management Board of Directors, and the incredible Frisco parents and volunteers to continue to make the NTPA’s youth theatre operations in the Frisco the best educational and growth experience for our students.
Congratulations to Hannah!
