All performances through April 30 have been postponed to new dates. The new dates can be viewed at NTPA.org/tickets. All tickets purchased remain valid for the production they were originally purchased for. One month prior to the new show dates, our staff will reach out to anyone who previously purchased a ticket with their new performance date. At that time, if you are not able to attend your new performance date, we will be happy to process an exchange to another performance or a gift certificate for a future performance. Thank you for your patience as we work to reschedule hundreds of performances over the next several months. We appreciate your generosity and support of NTPA.

Tuition paid is non-refundable. If a student must drop from a program before the start date, tuition will be held on account for one year minus $50 admin fee. Tuition held on account can be used toward any camp, class, or production tuition.

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance or production of the same value. All ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of show time. No exchanges will be granted after this time. To make an exchange, please contact the front of house coordinator for your show or email tickets@ntpa.org.

All tickets are valid up to 15 minutes past the documented show start time. Any tickets that have not been used by that point may be voided and sold to other patrons.

Discounts can not be applied retroactively to purchased tuitions or tickets. This includes new student discounts, early bird discounts, and any other discounts that may be offered by North Texas Performing Arts at anytime.
