All performances through May 31 have been postponed to new dates. The new dates can be viewed at NTPA.org/tickets. All tickets purchased to postponed shows will be converted to a gift certificate which will be sent to the patron via email. These gift certificates can be used toward in-person or virtual tickets for any future performance. Thank you for your patience as we work to reschedule hundreds of performances over the next several months. We appreciate your generosity and support of NTPA.

Tuition paid is non-refundable. If a student must drop from a program before the start date, tuition will be held on account for one year minus $50 admin fee. Tuition held on account can be used toward any camp, class, or production tuition.

Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance or production of the same value. All ticket exchanges must be made at least 24 hours in advance of show time. No exchanges will be granted after this time. To make an exchange, please contact the front of house coordinator for your show or email tickets@ntpa.org.

Late seating (more than 2 minutes past curtain time) will not be allowed. Refunds will not be available to patrons who arrive late.

Discounts can not be applied retroactively to purchased tuitions or tickets. This includes new student discounts, early bird discounts, and any other discounts that may be offered by North Texas Performing Arts at anytime.
